These are good for multiple reasons. I use at work to stretch and build strength in arms. You can use different ways so very versitile. Price was ok as well. Quality seems good - they are holding up.

I am really impressed with these bands! They come with an exercise chart and a carrying pouch; just throw them in my bag and I'm out the door. Easy to use wherever I am! Good weights for resistance. Good workout for all your muscles!

Using these to help rehab an injury. Very satisfied so far after two weeks of use.Update two weeks later: the 20 lb resistance band snapped during use. I wasn’t doing anything crazy with it. The other two are holding up OK for now.
