Speaker did not fit properly. I had to modify the cabinet to get it to fit. The back rim of the speaker's outer bezel is too narrow causing the speaker to not sit all the way down in the enclosure. I had to enlarge the inner diameter of the enclosure to get it to fit. However, it sounds very similar to the OEM speaker and has similar response and dynamic range. As such, I am giving 3 stars. However, without the right tools this speaker is not going to fit. And even with the right tools it took me an hour longer to install than it should have.
