These bags are nearly identical to the original Ego product. The only noticeable differences are that the plastic seal on the top and bottom of the Ego product is slightly wider and it weighs 3 grams (0.1 oz.) more than this bag. It fits perfectly in the vacuum. Initially, I didn't use a bag in the vacuum, but I should have, and I'll definitely never use it without one again. Having a bag would have saved me from cleaning the filter, and it will extend its life (they aren't cheap). I placed an extra bag in the bottom of the vacuum so I won't have to hunt for one when it's needed. Given the quality and price of these bags, they are an excellent product to protect your investment.

I ordered these for my new Ego wet/dry vacuum, as it only came with one bag. I still have the original Ego bag in the vacuum with only one use on it so it may be a month or two before I will be needing to use these but by visual inspection, I can't tell the difference between these and the Ego brand. Quality materials and construction. I will update this review if I have any negative findings when using them in the vacuum but so far, so good.
