The product arrived in a timely manner and was exactly as described. This unit is a spare for my HVAC unit, as I recently had to use my existing "spare" to return my AC to service. The reason for dropping one star was that one of the side brackets arrived bent. The box was in perfect condition, so I expect it was bent before it was placed in the box. The color coded wires are helpful for ensuring correct connections and functionality. Also, the connecting wires are plenty long to assist with installation ease in a variety of applications.
