I want to love it, but the straw keeps falling out if the lid. The lid is great, good quality, looks nice, and doesn't leak. If the straw could just stay in the lid the whole product would be wonderful.

They don’t line up as well as the old lids, and the straws are constantly falling out. They do work, though.

Just bought this 2 weeks ago and after dropping my Stanley once, it cracked. Also, the straw comes out easily whenever refilling cup but doesn’t come out while drinking. Another positive is that the straw is not on the same side as handle as other types of lids that lined up awkwardly to handle or opposite end.

Bought the coffee color lid for my 64 oz Stanley and it fit perfectly. It also fits my 40 oz perfectly. It matched the color of my Stanley better than expected as well. It’s definitely leak proof, I tested it several times. The package came with an extra lid, a straw to fit the original lid, and a cleaning brush to clean the straw! So worth the money! I love it!

I was really hopeful about this replacement tumbler lid, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out. The lid itself seems fine, but the straw doesn’t fit securely at all. Every time I try to use it, the straw falls right out of the cup, making it super frustrating.I double-checked the sizing, and it should have fit, but it just doesn’t stay in place. It’s a shame because the lid looks nice and the overall design is decent, but if I can’t use the straw properly, it’s pretty much useless. I was, however, able to cut an old Stanley straw and that fit perfectly on the inside, so I was able to use the flip top lid...but at the sake of cutting my Stanley straw. Not a great purchase for me, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a secure, functional lid and straw combo.

Blonde hair curled with straight ends, high-waisted, wide-legged jeans, a snug neutral-colored shirt, and, depending on the weather, a puffy vest paired with those short Uggs that look like slippers: a basic “Utah girl”. I am guilty of being attracted to looking like a “Utah girl”. It’s trendy and simple, yet cute! When I picture what a “Utah girl” would carry, I think of the large, chunky Stanley cups with the straws. Pastel blues, black, Elle Woods pink, or any other color you could imagine a stereotypical basic girl would enjoy. As a water bottle connoisseur, I had to see what the hype was about. What I do not like about most water bottles is that I have to fill them up over and over because they are any and tiny, they dent or crack easily, or they just are not cute. I have everything from Swells, Hydroflasks, Camelbaks, Nalgenes, and other niche water bottles. Who has two thumbs and can compare the crud out of water bottles: this girl.I bought one in light blue Stanley in 2022 and a dark blue one for my mom to encourage an increase in water intake and a decrease in Dr. Pepper absorption. And, it is a great water bottle. It keeps my water cold, holds a lot of water, and gives my wrists unbearable cramps due to it being larger than my left lung. Not to mention that because its size is so massive, it will not fit in my backpack’s side pockets. It is so fun when a person is trying to get past me to an available seat in a lecture and they knock the water bottle over and it spills out the stupid lid and the straw touches the ground. I just love it. I just wish there was a way to tighten the hole around the straw as well as enclose the space around the center joint for the lid to prevent water from spilling. Or even something that can provide a better-standing ground for my cup! I know I am not the only person like this who has these problems and desires to fix them. All my basic girls stand united with me as well as the cute soccer moms and significant others who just “need to try it!”.On Amazon, there is a product that can help with these problems. For people like us who pay a whopping $45 on an item that is not even spill-proof; I feel like the point of a water bottle or cup is to contain the water it holds. The “Replacement 40oz Tumbler Lid - Fit For Stanley 40oz and 64oz Adventure Quencher and Quencher 2.0 Tumbler (40OZ BLUE)” is the answer to our prayers. $9.90 later, I am beyond happy with my purchase. The new lid screw into the cup as the other one did, but the improvements are that the lid screws in more snugly, there is a rubber stopper in the center of the lid to avoid the water from escaping through the nooks and crannies of the plastic, and it comes with a rubber boot for the bottle to prevent it from slipping on most surfaces. There is no way to stop water from escaping through the straw, but the hole where the straw slides into the cup has a rubber cave that stops most water from leaking out around the straw. The same cannot be said for the straw itself, but how would you solve the question, “How can I make sure water cannot come out of an open straw when tipped over?”. I certainly can say that I have no earthly idea. I say that this product is better than others, considering its price. It certainly does a better job than Stanley itself. I think this product is a good purchase if you like good deals, have a Stanley, travel with it a lot, and are prone to spilling your water.Have I touched my Stanley since Owala came out with the FreeSip? No. Am I ashamed? No. But, seriously, this product is a 5 out of 5 stars for what it is.
