Have done business with them for years on amazon and their web site. Have never had a problem with them, They sell oem Harman parts at a good price. The only problem I had with is order was with USPS, the part was late being delivered as it sat in Springfeild Mass for 2 days before the found it.Great part and fit perfect

It is the right part, but unfortunately, it is way overpriced, when all I needed was the small rubber piece that would have been about two dollars. I'll look for one locally before I send this overpriced item back.
