The seller Ziederzee shipped a different net than this without contacting me first. I have fairly expensive Martin Kilpatrick "TP3000" posts, which let you adjust the tension of the net, etc. The net shown is a replacement net for those posts, but that's not what the seller sent.I returned the net and post set that I couldn't use and wasn't what I ordered and gave him two stars for sending me the wrong product and still charging me for his shipping and a 20% restocking fee. He sent an incredibly rude and insulting e-mail and still doesn't admit that he sent a different product than what is shown.I don't expect sellers to understand table tennis nets, but I do expect them to ship what they advertise and try to resolve problems instead of just being insulting. He could have shipped the correct net any time, since he supposedly still has one in stock.If you order something from Ziederzee, be prepared to receive whatever he thinks you want instead of what you ordered and expect insults instead of remedies you if you complain.
