These do not work for the Masterbuilt Smoker 710. They stay @32. Very disappointed with this product. Will not buy again. No value for the money spent.

Bought these just over a month ago, finally go to use them, and neither work. And of course we're just outside the 30 day return window.Plug them in and the display starts beeping, err 5, which is temp over 300, except they haven't even been put in the chamber yet.If you do pick them up make sure you test before your 30d return window... should have known better.

Beware!!!This probe did not work with Masterbuilt Gravity BBQ as advertised. We even had friends try it on their Masterbuilt and the probe did not work, just gave an error code and said the temperature was 400 degrees. Very disappointing

I bought these for my Masterbuilt 560 Smoker. The smoker has an electronic control and a phone app that controls the settings. The smoker works great, but these probes don't seem that compatible with the smoker. I used them the first time smoking a pork butt and I never got the meat to the "correct temperature" according to the probes. After longer than I would have normally smoked the meat, I took it out and it looked good. I think these probes were reading incorrectly and neither read the same temperature between them. When I tried it a second time, the electronic controller threw error codes until I removed the probes, then the smoker worked perfectly with the OEM probe that came with the smoker. Also, one of these probes pulled out of the sheath when trying to get it back out of the grommet on the side of the smoker attesting to the poor quality of build.My suggestion is for anyone interested in additional probes to get them from Masterbuilt rather than one of the knockoffs. I would not buy these probes again.

Both temperature probes work well on my masterbuilt 800 grill. No complaints here. Quality seems decent for the price.

This product was purchased because the Masterbuilt Gravity Series smoker that was purchased did not come with any temperature probes even though the smoker has four channels for monitoring meat temperatures.This product is available on Masterbuilt’s website which services American customers only.

Not sure if it's the probe or my aim placing it, but temp reading was 10° lower than the original probe. At one point about 30° out. To be fair, it was probably my aim.
