The cost and quick delivery can't make up for the difficulty I had getting it installed. I found no installation instructions in the box. The YouTube videos I have seen don't make what is needed for my laptop. The HP manuals I have downloaded show the parts but don't describe how to do it. AI information indicates that the screen needs to have screws unscrewed. I have tried to call but keep getting the message that no one is on the customer service line. So, I am left looking ....
