The turbo base fit perfectly in place reused the old bolts. It came with new O-rings.I purchaced a new wastegate accuater also.The turbo cap needed some grinding as the arm for the wastegate hit the casting, but I knew this from other reviews, Once bolted on, I think it'll work fine. Time will tell if getting rid of the exhaust back pressure valve will, have any effect on performance?Update on turbo install - I fought trying to get exhaust input flange to line up for over an hour , with the turbo 2 bolts loose - the pipe and flange wouldnt get closer than 1/4 together.I had to totally unscrew the 2 bolts and tip the turbo up 1/2" and back jiggling it to get the flanges to slip together - after that the clamp went on and I tighted bolts and clamps .Running PU empty with heavy foot produced 19 lbs of boost . I could tell my wastegate starting opening at 14 lbs .I will update again after 700 mile trip with 11,000 lb 5th wheel in tow .After my trip - I do have more HP towing , it did throw an overboost code and low hpop presure code . Trouble light went out after 5 min though.Boost ran as high as 22 lbs on steep hills.Will tow with overdrive ON except going over steep grades as RPMs way too high .

This seems to have improved the performance of my truck, but it's definitely a great replacement for the last part I had on there. I would recommend this if needed, but maybe not if only wanted.

This was the same one as in a 1999 F350 7.3L. It came with the o-rings and bolts. It was far cheaper than hunting down one of these locally. Good find, fits as expected, would purchase again if needed.

Overall the quality looked really good, and the casting was nice. I believe this would have been a great product for the price and the quick shipping, I just wish it would have fit. I ended up having to order one from Precision Parts on Amazon. If you have a truck built in early 99 or in late 98 but it's still considered a 99 then make sure you get the right pedestal and like I said, the Precision Parts one worked well and it was the only one I could find on Amazon and the price was pretty good. I paid $139 for the Precision Parts pedestal and compared to the other online options that was a good deal. I hope this helps some people out before making the same mistake I did. Keep in mind, the two look exactly the same, this one was just taller and because of that I am sure the pipes would not have lined up with the turbo.

I really thought I could save a dollar here but unfortunately not. My truck is a 2000 F250 with the 7.3L stock engine with stock turbo.I encountered three problems with this kit:1. There were chunks of metal and shavings in the oil passages. Thank goodness I noticed them beforehand and blasted them out with carb cleaner and air before getting it anywhere near my engine. I have looked at other reviews of similar Chinese products and found this is not uncommon so BEWARE! Great way to ruin a perfectly good engine and cost yourself $12k or more in a single oversight!2. The exhaust cover plate was not machined well and blocked the waste actuator from opening. I had to cut a decent amount of metal off it to make way for the waste gate to work properly. Nowhere near machined correctly to fit my stock turbo. Other similar Chinese products had reviews which claimed the same issue.3. When I got ready to put the turbo back on the truck, it would not align with the exhaust pipes due to the pedestal not being properly engineered. Their measurements were off and made it impossible to get it lined up. This was the straw the broke the camel's back. I could work around the other issues but not this one.I called up Amazon and explained what happened and they were really good about it and gave me a full refund. Very good customer support on Amazon's behalf but not a product I would ever want to buy again.Save yourself a huge hassle and go with a USA made product with lots of good reviews. You'll pay twice the price but totally worth it.

Kit is complete with everything needed to install. Easy to install as long as you have some mechanical ability. There are no instruction. Should have installed years ago. Boost all the time now. No more explanation why your truck sounds like a sick air compressor all winter long.
