I have only used these once but so far they are just what I was looking for. It is a good thick material that does not roll and except for a little shifting (probably because of my sweatpants), stays in place. Great value, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

These elastic exercise bands came as a set of three; light, medium, and heavy. The range of resistances is good for the exercises I need them for in which they are around my legs just above my knees. The quality of the construction is excellent, with solid stretchable fabric outer layers that do not grab skin or hair at all. Overall, I give them 5 out of 5 stars.

I started off with the 1st level and I'm at the second, I'm not sure if my body got better or the product stretched, probably a little bit of both. Anyway, so far so good. Depending on what you wear, it may fall down while you workout.
