The equipment is all very well designed and strong. I would like to have a bit more description and instruction for assembling the equipment correctly for various purposes and routines.

better than the ones i used at physcial therapy glad to have these , easy to store and sufficent in building strength plus saves a lot of room than traditional weights.

They’re good to workout with, however be careful when using them with assisted pull-ups as the bands are slippery and the crotch shots will make you rethink your life choices.
