The product itself is great, the shipping process is not so good. 8 of 36 bowls were broken upon arrival.

These are very nice pasta bowls - a lovely low, wide shape and a bit heftier than usual, more like restaurant quality without being too heavy. I ordered the 16 oz size only after reading the answer to a customer question about the three different sizes (I needed ones that were 10" max). The order arrived earlier than expected, which was great! Sadly, when I opened the box, I saw three of the bowls were broken. And as I unpacked, the bowls looked larger than expected so I measured and, sure enough, they were 12" (wouldn't fit in my cupboard). I emailed the seller, thinking I'd received the wrong size bowls. They replied within an hour (amazing!) that the 16 oz bowls in "Ivory" were 10" but the 16 oz bowls in "White" were 12". This seemed very odd to me but, after three emails to clarify/confirm this difference, I was offered the Ivory set as a replacement. Unfortunately, that wouldn't match my existing plates so I declined. So disappointing. I've repacked the order to return and suggested that the seller update the product descriptions to include the specific dimensions of each size and color of bowl. Hopefully this will help the next customer - especially those with limited cupboard space!
