speaker microphone, new condition.I have edited my reviews, originally I was displeased with the mic, I had just got 2 new radios, installed the mic and the radio stuck on tx., tried it on the other radio- same problem. Later, after using the radios without the mic I was very pleased with the radios and decided to try the ear pieces that came with the radio, and they did the same thing so apparently it's the radios not the mic. Maybe I can figure out how to reset the radios or just keep using them as they are. I'm still for the most part happy with my purchases.

I bought this should mic to go with some Arcahell walkie talkies for family and work use. I work construction and having a mic that is easily accessible with out taking my radio off my belt to answer a call is fantastic. The small size of the mic head makes it intrusive while wearing it on the collar of a shirt or mic loop on a safety vest. The sound quality of received calls is crisp and clear even in a loud environment and the mic picks up my voice clearly when making calls. I would definitely recommend Retvis shoulder mics to anyone that needs an easy access mic for security work or construction. Very pleased with this product.

Works perfectly. But the base is thin. I finally got to where I needed to use them and a piece in my base broke. I'm unable to even use it because it won't charge and I can't find a replacement base
