I liked this better than I thought I would. I'll detail the reasons, but the biggest reason is how comfortable this is in the hand. It has no padding or silicone, yet it just feels so comfortable - no rough edges, just smooth all the way around. I can't explain it, you just have to hold it. The locking mechanism works perfect, and it has some give, which I think was intentional. About a 1/2" of give maybe - just enough so the dog isn't jerked back suddenly when you engage the mechanism. The leash retracts really well and effortlessly. It's also long enough to let your dog wander a bit, until you want to bring him/her back. The clasp at the end works well and is easy to operate. The poop bag is great quality, and the green paw-stamped poop bags work really well and they are cute as well. Overall I am very pleased with this and highly recommend.

Very comfortable to use. Its easy to let my dog roam around. This says its built for small dogs but i have a medium sized dog and it works great. He's well trained so does not pull much so I do not recommend if your dog is very aggressive on walks.
