Good quality and do exactly what they are supposed to do. These are nice for other purposes than just proofing bread. I recommend everyone have a set of these around.

These work well for what I needed. They stretch to cover all the bowls I need and provide good coverage. I got these to try to reduce use of plastic when just working with ingredients or things that need to sit in the fridge for a bit. The smallest one is good for mason jars while the biggest is perfect for large mixing bowls, with the medium size one good for standard bowls and smaller mixing bowls.My only issue with these is they smelled like factory when I got them--a little chemically and a little musty. I washed them and that fixed them, but it was a little gross at first. Just be aware when you buy them.

Super thin. These are decent bowl covers, but I wish they were a bit thicker. They are super thin but at the end of the day they get the job done.. I would not recommend these for sourdough fermentation use but any other use where you do not need to retain moisture will work.

I ordered these bowl covers to use for sourdough bread baking. The smallest cover is perfect for my sourdough starter jar. I use the other two to cover my dough when it’s proofing. The fabric is good quality and breathable, which makes it perfect to use for sourdough baking.

These are perfect for bread baking. They fit on the bowl really well, they dont come off. I love how it comes with (3) different sizes.

These are great. The smallest one wouldn't fit over any of my bowls, but it is perfect for a jar. (It is the same size as the ones that fit over my sourdough starter jars.) The medium one will fit with some room to spare around my 7" diameter bowls and tautly over my 9" diameter bowls. The largest one will fit with room to spare around my 9" diameter bowls and tautly over my 11" diameter bowl.

I really enjoy making bread and these are great covers for bread proofing. They are made of nice quality linen. They are stitched very well. Also the elastic is nice and thick and stretch as well keeping it securely placed around my bowls. Very good quality!

The good news: These work great. Normally when I make bread, I have to fool around with plastic wrap, and temporarily tie up my kitchen towels. Now I just pop one of these over the bowl where the bread is rising. Easy peasy!The bad news: I can really use *only* one of these, because the other two are too small. Not for other people, perhaps, but for me.I should have paid more attention to the listed sizes (4, 8, and 10 inches), and less attention to the photograph that made them look like they'd be something like 8, 10, and 12 inches... which would have been more useful. But that's my bad, not theirs.If these are the right sizes for you, you'll love them.
