They saved me from leaking everywhere and protected me when I was raw and chafed. I would highly recommend to breastfeeding moms, especially in the first month! Easy to rinse off and they stay in place well. They worked with lanolin oil on, too! Loved them and would buy again for future pregnancies!

They don't absorb, they apply pressure which prevents leakage. Had a set with my 1st born. Works great for sleeping at night. This new pair didn't hold but/ last as long as my 1st set. I would suggest getting cleanser and multiple days if it will be used daily.

Really like the concept, but the execution is lacking. I didn't like wearing them without a shirt or bra (which is the whole point) because they are too grippy on the outside. They should softer so they don't grip the sheets. The adhesive didn't last as long as expected, started fading on the edges within two weeks. I'll probably just wear them with my bathing suit.

My wife was looking for options. These came recommended by a friend. She has used them several times, just when she goes out of the home which is almost every day. Most of the time, nothing leaks out at all. A few times she has let down more and the milk pools within the LilyPadz without leaking into her bra or shirt. She says you have to be careful when pulling them off. These are more comfortable, and do the job better than traditional pads. We use household hand soap to clean them and they are still in great shape.

Love these! I was skeptical about these actually lasting and staying "sticky" but boy was I wrong. They are legit! I seriously dont leave the house without them on or at least in my purse! I have recommended these to every new mom I come across! WAAAY better than disposable pads or even washable cloth. These are VERY discrete. You can't even tell you have them on. A must have for nursing moms.

I bought these so I could go swimming without leaking milk all over the place. They do serve their purpose! I did not leak at all, and I have been swimming several times since having my son in June. The only issue I have is that I have very sensitive nipples, and when I remove them it can be a bit painful, but the pain doesn't last. Make sure you clean them according to the instructions to get the longest use out of them!

I bought a set of these in the original size with my last baby two years ago. They were absolutely fabulous! Indispensable, really. I wore them at night to keep from waking up with a wet gown. They were also great under swimwear! They stuck perfectly so as to prevent ANY leaking, and yet they were very comfortable. They fit a little small though (I'm a 34F/G when nursing), so I thought I'd try these larger ones with this baby. What a disappointment!First off, the silicone is much thinner than my original pair. I'm not sure if this is a fundamental change in the formula of LilyPadz, or just a unique difference in this size/pair. Next, the "sticky" was much less sticky! Lastly, the size is so much bigger that these almost lay flat on the nightstand. With these last two points together, there simply isn't enough contour or "sticky" for them to fit and cling properly - they're always pulling away - and I'm plenty large enough to qualify for "large". Unfortunately, I jumped the gun and threw away all the packaging weeks before trying them, depending on the quality of my last pair, and so can't return them.SO, bottom line: if you're thinking of purchasing these, PLEASE get the original size! THEY are fabulous! But steer clear of these unless you're far larger than a 34 F/G!

I bought these with my son when i was nursing and loved them! I am pregnant with my second and I definetly getting these again. I am a very busty woman (40 DDD) and these worked great for me. They helped with my cracked nipples and I wore these all day. I would wearing nursing pads at night to let them breathe and use these during the days and never had any leakages or anything. I did use the Lily Pad wash to keep them clean and the wipes when I was on the go. I would highly recommend these to ANY nursing mom and definetly recommend the larger size for bigger breasted women.
