I buy the larger economy sizes of everything, so I was so disappointed when I got this. It works fine on tiny rolls, but it is just too small to accommodate anything else. I really think the overall design could have been better thought out. It is difficult to put a tiny roll of wrap in this and get it closed. The magnet will hold until you pull on it then it all comes tumbling down.

Tin foil? Sure. Plastic wrap? Not so much. Based on the description, I felt this would work well for Sean (Plastic) wrap. While the sliding cutter looks as though it would work fine, the depth of the box itself is simply too small! Unless you get the smallest size roll possible, it just won’t fit. The magnet doesn’t seem very strong either. Because of these 2 things, I’m convinced the designer expected people to use smaller rolls than what is considered “Typical”.. I love these bunker straps idea, but I would need a bigger box for the size of rolls I typically buy.

They supply a spindle to be inserted into a standard length roll (can't use any large dia plastic rolls like you get from Costco). The spindle will not fit in their internal spindle holder track for the standard length roll but it does not matter as it fills the box from end to end anyway. But the adjustable spindles would allow you to use a shorter than normal length plastic or tinfoil. Otherwise it is great as the standard cardboard boxes never really work well and there's that ridiculous metal blade that doesn't cut the plastic worth a darn on those , so this is a great invention you will enjoy it

I got this for saran wrap and am not disappointed. You will have to affix the cutter and magnet to the device via the supplied sticky tape then you are good to go. The saran wrap is pulled from the edge, then draped over the middle to use the cutter, but works fine. Just tested it with wax paper and heavy-duty tin foil and it cuts both easily! It is now attached to my fridge so I don't have to dig through my kitchen cabinets to find it.

I learned long ago that those time-saving cheaply-made devices being cranked out for consumers often don't save time and end up at the back of the cabinet or the landfill. But I succumbed to this thing because I get frustrated with how easily plastic wrap sticks to itself. This is a cheap plastic box that will fit only a thin roll of whatever. The box comes with a long magnet with adhesive to mount to the box. What good is a magnet? I'm not storing this on the stove or refrigerator. I don't have metal countertops. The logic escapes me.Now, if they had included two magnets with adhesive, I could stick one magnet on the box and another where I want the box to be stored. Then I could easily attach and detach the box from the magnet. The seller shows a picture of someone pulling out plastic wrap from the box on a counter. The box slides, so that's problematic. Another picture shows the box mounted on a wall. Is that a metal wall?Cheap, cheap, cheap! This has worsened the issue I was hoping to improve upon.

The product works like it’s supposed to; however, the product cannot hold a full size 400 sq/ft roll of plastic cling wrap. The holder needs to be made bigger.

I ordered several similar plastic wrap containers, and I like this one the best. It has a wide magnetic strip that can be used to keep it on the side of the fridge, which is highly convenient. It sticks well, and stays on without sliding. This container holds the roll of plastic wrap tightly, and the attached cutter works smoothly. I would recommend this plastic wrap holder to others, especially due to the magentic strip.

This is cheap and frustrating to use. The plastic inserts for the roll don't fit in the roll and don't mount to anything inside the box. The lid comes off super easy and is really frustrating to put on. The blade does cut my wax paper easily, but it's just wax paper... that's super easy to cut. This isn't worth the hassle.
