Like everyone is saying, it sounds like the strut is not bolted down tight, trust me, all the bolts were torqued to BMW factory specs, I tried tighted than BMW spec, I adjusted everything over and over without the clunking going away. I promise, you are better off and much safer to save your money and either get lowering spring, air ride or buy from a a manufacturer that cares about their product quality, DON'T EVEN BUY ON A BUDGET BUILD. The only way to get these people to care about their product and the safety of the people who use their products or are unlucky enough to have been in an accident bcuz of their product IS STOP BUYING THERE CHEAP CRAP. I sincerely promise that you will regret buying this lowering kit.

Totally disappointed in these struts they don't even worth a penny. The front struts sounds and feel blown from the day they were installed.

Top hat broke off passenger front coil over. Caused an accident and destroyed the front of my car. Seller then charged a 120.00 restocking fee for broken parts being returned.

I haven't installed it yet but so far it look pretty good except it was scratch in multiple places but thats not important, the build quality seems pretty good.April 16 update.I have the coilovers on the car for a while now and im loving it it handle great and thay are not crashy.Feb 15 2021 updated i didn't drive the car that much and one of the camber plates studs broke and started to spin in its place stopping me from removing the strut or tighten the struts.

Product came in just as pictured. Does not come with mounting hardware for the lower shock mounts on the lower control arm I had to purchase them from a hardware store 7/16 -24 Locking nut is was worked for me. Top nut requires a Fender Washer to properly work be aware. Aside from that the product works as intended.

one of the rear shocks adjustment dials was the wrong size also the front coilovers tension on the springs were not set. after installed went to turn the one rear adjustment dial that i have that fits and it would not turn or click or move either direction at all and the top of the rear coil height adjustment if you notice which the two nuts are threaded on the end that goes into the bmws cup thats on the frame rail its diameter is to big for the hole so you have it sticking partially into the whole this is very unstable looking and doesnt look right at all
