This set folds up so nicely and it comes with everything you need even a small bag to carry it and bring it to where you are going.I use it at work so I can remind myself ever so often to get in some push-ups.I love how the board is color coded to focus on which areas of your workout it is, shoulders, chest, triceps, etc.The handles can easily be stored within the board as it folds up and then taken out. The handles are keyed which helps because it prevents it from slipping out from under you. The one thing that would've been nice would to have had padded handles.
