EDIT: the company reached out and offered a refund and a replacement! Really great of them to reach out considering there was no way for me to contact them. Haven’t received it yet, but will update when I do! Tentatively changing my review to 5 stars!!Excellent until it broke 😔The plastic part that makes the ring a ring broke and there’s no way to fix it since the charging mechanism relies on it keeping its shape. I would love to just get a new ring, since the clickers work perfectly, but it seems like you have to just buy a new set? I tried contacting them, but there seems to be no way to communicate once you’ve purchased. Will update if something changes, or if it worsens.

I loved this product, and I used it every day with my kindle for about two months. I love the ring design and function, as it's easy to hold on to. However, having it for right around two months, the parts that attach to the kindle stopped holding charge, rendering it useless.

The clicker works, love having the double back and forth options except that both tabs are the same length and don't account for the Scribe's wider edge.This was purchased with the intention of for treadmill walks and night reading. On the treadmill I can click forward but can't go back, placing it along the bottom doesn't work due to the movement, and placing it at the top opens the menu.It was recommended as compatible with the Kindle Scribe, which it does work just not fully.

Great product and even better customer service.Had a small issue with the original purchase and when I let them know they responded quickly with a full refund and then also sent a replacement free of charge!

9.10.2024: Seller reached out to me to clarify the issue and offered to send a replacement for the malfunctioning unit. The replacement arrived quickly and works much better from what I have tested so far. I'll keep using it and report back if things change. o7Original review: 3/5* It worked well when I first got it, but yeah, over time the sensitivity seems like it's going downhill for one side--it now takes a couple of tries to register the button press, so I'm a bit worried that it'll eventually stop working completely.. which is unfortunate because I really like this two way remote (even if it looks a bit silly having clips on both sides, lol)

Update: I bought two sets, which both worked great for the first three weeks. Then they both held less and less charge, and then died. I’ve ordered exact same replacements, I’ll update again when I’m sure how the replacements are working.I have severe arthritis in my hands. I hate touchscreens. All Kindles are now exclusively touchscreens, but I can’t hold real books anymore. I love these devices!!!!! I had to set my new Paperwhite’s margins to the middle width, but it’s more than worth it. Having two page turners is such a relief, and the ring is gentle on my index finger. The buttons don’t require force to work, just a brush of the side of my thumb is enough. I’m absolutely delighted with this purchase.
