Assemble in minutes:
Rhino 4-piece BaseMate is very easy to set up and use. You’ll spend less than 5 minutes assembling the outdoor weights and filling them up with sand, gravel, or stones thanks to the very large openings and A-grade hook & loop closures!
Various filling options:
Rhino BaseMate offset umbrella weights work best with sand, but you can also easily fill them up with gravel or stones: the weighted umbrella will stand fine with any of them. Please note: not designed to be filled with water.
Waterproof top:
These outdoor umbrella weights are covered with a special 900D polyester fabric with a waterproof PU layer. It keeps the filler-free of moisture, mold, or other unwanted impacts.
No small parts:
If you need to disassemble these umbrella bags for storing them or moving them to another place, don’t worry. Unlike most other cantaliever umbrella weights, Rhino BaseMate has no annoying small parts to lose!

Safety first!
Thanks to our patent-pending design, we added an extra-safety feature to Rhino BaseMate. While most other patio umbrella weight bags sit in between the cross-base legs, which is not very safe as they can slip aside, ours sit over them without turning or moving around.

We do want our original patio umbrella base weights to serve you for years and we’d love to see you satisfied with your choice. That’s why we use only high-quality, heavy-duty materials in Rhino BaseMates. The containers are made of high-density, anti-cracking, waterproof EVA, which is more durable than regular hard plastic and won’t crack after a few months of use, and the fabric outer layer is what makes them look fine. The 900D polyester top cover has a waterproof PU layer and anti-UV coating. It won’t tint, fade, or lose its great looks over the years! Resistant to extreme temperatures, these universal umbrella base weights are a great all-season choice for your patio umbrellas!

We use this for a large overhang deck umbrella, we liked that we can add the amount of weight we wanted to it, We used sand and pea gravel and it makes it very sturdy. It was super easy to put on the pegs of the umbrella and fill with the material, It fit nicely around the feet. Looks great.

Used 3 bags of play sand. Easy set up. Yes water does sometimes settle on top. Not a deal breaker for me. Looks good. Umbrella is no longer tipping.

Great looking, well made product. It fits great on the base of my umbrella stand. It holds plenty of weight and it fastens together using Velcro. Great product.

This base was easy to assemble. I like how you can use sand or rock or almost anything other than water to fill up for weight. I had some landscape rocks left over and they work great. It does however limit the use of the pedal of the umbrella to rotate it. However other than that, it's a great base.

Overall... Great product! Functions as designed, sturdy, looks great! Buuut... beware if you have any outdoor pets bigger than a hamster. My maltipoo tore through the corner and top of this bad boy in about 30-seconds, thinking there was a lizard on the inside. Spoiler alert... there wasn't! So aside from that snafu... I would definitely recommend this product! And if you have dogs... maybe buy a roll of black Duct Tape with it... just in case!

This base is better than I expected for ease of filling and putting in place. The four molded rubber pieces each have a groove down the middle to sit directly on the umbrella stand base for great stability. You just put them in place and fill them with sand ( or rocks) . Note: we filled each square half way, then connected the velcro from one piece to another, then finished filling them. The nice part is that the cover attaches to the 4 pieces by heavy duty velcro, and is easy to remove, if you need to reposition the bottoms base parts.The 1 big negative, and why I gave it only 4 stars... The walls of the 4 pieces are taller than the height of the foot pedal on my cantilever umbrella, so once the pieces are in place, and the cover is on, you can't step on it, to turn the umbrella. We solved this problem by making sure that it is in the exact spot where we want, and won't need to move it each time. If we have to eventually, once the cover is taken off, the pieces are light enough to move to get to the pedal.For a regular, large umbrella, this base does a great job, and is very easy to fill and move.
