Build as you go vegetable cages. Great concept, sturdy and convenient. Sturdy metal with a thick green plastic coating. I recommend this product.

Fairly sturdy assembled but troublesome to put togetherfor elderly (if you suffer from arthritic hands!). Looking forward to seeing how things work out plant growing wise. Happy so far.

I had high hopes for these. They come in pieces you put together using a plastic connector tube. These tubes will break if you are not careful and they do not give you extras in the box. They are fairly easy to put together. However, I found them a bit flimsy as when I tried to push into the dirt in garden beds, the braces popped off making the rods go all directions. Finally wrangled them together and into the dirt. I don't think they'd stand any strong wind gusts, and I have mine protected in that respect. The price for the value I found a bit high. The packaging is not good - one box came all ripped and missing those connector pieces and the company has never responded to my request for extra pieces. They should have put them in a bag in the box instead of leaving loose.

These were very easy to assemble and are perfect for tomatoes or other climbing plants. Very happy with this product.

Cheap, plastic-dipped, metal wire. Each segment is 1 foot long. They are joined with plastic sleeves that slip over each end. By themselves, the plastic sleeves will not hold a multi-segment rod together. Each rod is connected to another by means of a plastic arm with plastic hooks on each end. It is completely adjustable to within 1' segments. The plastic has a lot of give to it, so the assembly is not rigid by any means. The plant may help to hold up the cage, but the cage itself is not rigid enough to be functional. I doubt it will last a season anyway.

I wasn't so sure about these at first. But they are so customizable! You don't have to use them as a cage. I had a few set up in rows just to help hold plants up as well. I'd take a picture but my tomato plants are so overgrown you can hardly see them. I'll definitely be buying more for next year! I'd like to use them for my peas as well.
