I cook a lot of sticky white rice and these rice paddles work great. It’s very simple removing the rice from my pot with these. I’m not sure if they are supposed to go in the dishwasher or not but I do put them in there and they do survive so big thumbs up from me.

I absolutely love these rice paddles! The self-standing design keeps everything neat, and the non-stick surface makes serving rice a breeze. The set comes with two sizes, which is perfect for both everyday meals and smaller serving dishes. They're heat-resistant, dishwasher safe, and super durable. Plus, the quality is amazing since they’re made in Japan. A must-have for anyone who loves rice! very easy to use and has two sizes!

These rice paddles are really nice. I couldn't find the one that came with my rice cooker and I was a little worried that these wouldn't work as well because of the different shapes, but they actually work perfectly. They even fit right into the little rice paddle clip on the side of my rice cooker just as if they came with it. They're really nice.

I was raised in a land of rice eaters. A rice paddle is generally inexpensive and indispensable. And, invariably, gets lost, or laid down getting everything sticky (yes, my rice cookers often come with a paddle and a thing to put on the rice cooker to put the paddle, and they get lost, too--don't judge, okay?). So, when I saw these, that stand up on end (abd are doing so on a tilted piece of cardboard in one of my pictures), I got excited. At $8.99, I could most likely find cheaper ones, but not that stand. I like the not-smooth-surface that allows the hot rice to fall off. It's made of the same plastic from which my other rice scoops were made. And right now, I see a 30% off coupon. Oh, yeah, and the little happy faces on them made me smile. Five stars

I'm pretty serious about rice. I've eaten it nearly every day since I was a kid, and once I grew up, one of my "splurge" purchases was an expensive made-in-Japan Zojirushi rice cooker with pressure cooking, induction heating, and microcomputer logic. I kid you not, it changed my life. If you eat a lot of rice, that's one of the things you absolutely need to buy. These rice paddles, also made in Japan, will also change your life, if you're serious about rice. Let me explain. On the surface, they don't look too different than generic rice paddles you can buy anywhere. But there are some key differences.1) The edges are thin. With traditional thick plastic rice paddles, it's hard to get the last piece of rice that's stuck to the bottom of the pan. What usually happens is that you waste all that rice when you wash the bowl, or you use something like a metal spoon which ruins the surface of the pan. WIth these thin edges, you can scrape out every last bit of rice.2) There are bumps on the paddle. This creates an uneven surface which makes it harder for rice to stick too. WIth traditional rice paddles I often get big clumps. Not with these.3) It stands up. This is a huge one. One of the biggest dilemmas of scooping rice is where to put the paddle when you're done. Keep it in the pot and it'll get too hot, grab a dish to put it on and you've got another dish to wash. This will stand up and watch guard over your steaming rice.4) The pointed tip. From the reviews I can see that some point don't "get" this. it's actually one of the most useful features. WIth a traditional rice scoop, it's hard to be precise with portions, for example, scooping into a small bowl or a bento box. These scoops let you be absolutely precise by scooping up just a small portion of rice. The two paddle sizes give you even more options for precision.5) The smile. One thing I love about Japanese culture is that they understand what "cute" is, and never hesitate to put little things in their designs that just put a smile on your face. These smiles add a nice subtle bit of personality. In one of my photos i took a picture of the back of the package (which is in Japanese) and had Google translate to English.Bottom line, these paddles are among the best I've seen, and it's great to see Japanese companies innovating in an areas where so many others assumed there was no more innovation that could be done. At under $10 it's a steal. I'll be using these from now on.

In most ways, these are no different than any of the zillions of plastic rice paddles available on Amazon and elsewhere. But the fact that they stand up on the counter is way more useful than I expected. No more having to lay paper towels down when I put down a paddle. This is an inexpensive item, but it really does distinguish itself with this one unique characteristic. I have a drawer full of various types of rice-cooking paddles, but from now on, these wil lbe the only ones I use.

I ordered the EARBLIS Rice Paddle Set to use with my new rice cooker. I like that there are two different sizes and that they stand upright on the counter. The paddles have a textured surface to prevent rice clumping and a cute happy face on the surface. The polypropylene paddles are heat tolerant and dishwasher safe but should not be used with temperatures above 180° F- so they should only be used for serving rice. The paddles are manufactured in Japan and are packaged with Japanese and English graphics.I'm pleased with my paddles and I'm using them often. My only disappointment is that the shape of the tips is not as convenient to use if you're left-handed like I am. Otherwise they work well with rice.
