This flag was supposed to have yellow lettering and arrived with black lettering. The company will not issue a refund nor return. Also, they will not reply to messages questioning their service. I highly recommend avoiding ordering from this company.

I bought this for my daughter’s HS grad party as a way to show people where the party was other than the typical balloon. When she opened it, she got all excited and cannot wait to take it to UW with her for the dorm!!
