After doing my research, Ricoma is the number one brand I would go with when it comes to my embroidery and printing machine needs!! The process was very simple and exciting for me! the sales rep in Miami, FL explained in detail everything that comes with the machine and then the after process was phenomenal. They shipped it from their warehouse in California and it delivered within a couple of days. The training was great and Customer service has answered my questions when needed. I've used it for a ocuple of months and I've been able to make money with the machine, very happy so far!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase this machine at all, they tell you a bunch of lies to get a sale, my first problem was sitting in training for almost 2.5 hours for the machine to act up and the trainer couldn’t tell me what to do besides create a ticket and reschedule my training. Since then I have only had problem after problem with my machine and all they can say I can’t send it back, they expect you to take it apart like you are experienced to work on this junk or wants to try and charge you for sending someone out, it’s nothing but a big headache, some people would let you trade your machine in but no one wants the problem when you tell them it’s a ricoma. I would suggest getting a brother or Melco but Ricoma will only cause you problems and make you want to give up.

Ricoma products are the worst. Don’t waste your money. The machine requires to much work. They break easily. You can’t get through a project without an error such as constant thread breaks.

Do not waste your money! There are multiple Facebook groups of those who have purchased the machine and need help fixing it. Ricoma appears like they have a Wonderful customer service and with plenty of trouble shooting videos….but it doesn’t help. I purchased the machine 2 years ago. It has not completed a full stitch-out without throwing an error. I have to sit with it and tell it to continue every time it happens. It stopped working and it took 6+ ticket submissions to get a Ricoma tech to email me that he couldn’t help and I need to hire their local guy for $700+.Ricoma is trash. Don’t waste your money.
