These pads are very small. The measurements that they advertise are incorrect, my son measured 1 inch smaller on his shoulders than their advertised medium and they were still slightly smaller on him. His chest was even smaller then the medium size so I ordered them, but they were a little small on him. He is 5'2 125 pounds. Buy bigger
