Great bike! I only wish it came with a kickstand. My 2y/o was keen to try it and got the hang of moving right away, but the balance aspect is a little too demanding of her right now so we’ll revisit it in a few weeks. She is currently loving her tricycle she got from her grandparents for Christmas and is mastering pushing pedals; I’m glad that we have something that will practice a different skill and that she can grow with. The bike is sturdy and has a “real bike” feel. I like the white color for visibility and plan to add some tassels to the handlebars. Assembly took about 20 relaxed and toddler-free minutes, dad did it for us while we played outside (thanks dad!)I think this is a great balance bike for the price. My 2y/o is 35lbs and going on 39” tall so she’s very big for her age, and it’s appropriately sized and a decent weight for her to handle. I prefer it to the all plastic balance bike we had for her when she was littler (though that was appropriate for her at the time) - I just like that this feels so sturdy. This would be my recommendation if your kids are more numerous and “rough and tumble” types. As with any recreational-wheels-related endeavor, please model wearing helmets so your kids understand to protect that most wonderful asset between their ears. It makes learning a new skill safer and more fun when they can get right back up and keep trying.

This is advertised for the age range "2, 3, 4, 5 year olds" but would probably be too small for 4-5 year olds. I have a 5 year old wearing 4t size pants and this balance bike is too small for him even with the seat all the way up but with the seat all the way down it's perfect for my 2t size toddler. This is heavier because it is made of metal and has real bike tires so would be great for an older toddler/ young preschooler who has mastered the concept with a light plastic bike. There is suspension, wheel lights, and a pretty color scheme. It wasn't too hard to put together--as long as you know which bike you have (instructions are for 3 different models) between the paper and the QR code youtube link. It doesn't matter what order you do the sections in the instructions--I did frame, handlebars, front wheel, back wheel, then seat last. At the moment, it is $60 which is about what I expect to pay for the quality and in comparison with similar bikes. There are a lot of holes/areas for water to get in and cause rust so we will see how it holds up over the summer.

I ordered this bike for my 2.5 year old son, and the assembly instructions were excellent. It took less than 30 minutes to put together and all the pieces were included. It’s a great looking bike, but the main part of the frame is plastic, which doesn’t seem to be as solid as the rest of the pieces. Unfortunately, the air pump it comes with is straight up garbage - there was exposed hot glue on the seams and there wasn’t a pressure gauge of any kind, so I would use your own air pump

This bike is the perfect introduction to bike riding for little people. It's a great way to teach steering while still being close to the ground. It's stylish so I don't mind having it in my living room where my niece can practice. her feet touch the ground so she doesn't fall much - but when she does, it's not far from the ground. You can practice on a rug for more safety before going outside. Highly recommend! (The tires are plastic by the way so it's really a toy more than a bike but a perfect step before a real bike.)

Our granddaughter needed an upgrade from the smallest balance bike and this is perfect! The wheel is not restricted when turning and the length of the bike prevents the “jackknife”

I hadn't even heard about a balance bike until my 3 year old grandson showed me one in his Christmas book. I ordered this bike for him and he has not put it down every since. It is the only toy he plays with every single day and has yet to get tired of it. He absolutely loves riding it in the house at night because it lights up. I have to literally pry it out of his hands every night before bed because he tries to sleep on it. I am beyond pleased with this. It is made with really good parts, it wasn't to difficult to assemble, perfect for my grandson at 3 but would be good for all ages up to about 7 depending on how tall they are. It balances great, the look is neat and super cool with the lights in the dark. It is very sturdy and will last. I recommend it for anyone who is looking for one. I hope you find my review helpful.

This little bike is lightweight and easy to assemble. I didn't even glance at the assembly instructions and it took about 10 minutes to assemble. It also includes all of the necessary tools and a small pump to inflate the tires fully. It also rolls very well on the wheels because there are actual bearings in them, as well as in the steering stem. The bearings themselves are pretty cheap, but they are sealed cartridge style bearings that will definitely outlast their purpose. The bike is made of what looks like a fiber reinforced PLA plastic material. It seems durable and it certainly will never rust. The wheels light up only when rolling and they use actual inner tubes as well. The only improvement I would like to see on this would be a quick release style clamp on the seat stay to make tool less adjustments as he grows with it. Overall this is a great fit for our little one, who is almost 2 1/2 years old, and he seems to really like it. This is his first bike and he's still getting used to it, but he got the idea right away and there's plenty of room to grow into it.

Got this for my 4 year old since that was the age range recommended. The goal was to get him to balance on this before learning to ride his bike without training wheels. Out of the box it was relatively easy to put together. I like that the wheels light up once you start riding. He kept calling it a baby bike because it was so small lol. I would say this may be better for two to maybe three year olds since he was much too big for this bike. He also lost interest in it quickly and wanted to ride something else because his feet kept slipping off of the little foot bars in the middle.
