this is a refurb tool, a little cheaper than Home Depot, but do know there is NO lifetime service agreement unless purchased through Home Depot, it didn't work properly out of the box, after repeated attempts it started to work, I knew the 25 dollar savings Amazon was pricing this at was NOT worth the fact its a refurbished tool & has no lifetime warrantee.
