holy cow, what a value! $14 for a borescope that works. came with 2 mirrors but one was mis-glued and will not fit in a 22 barrel. i deleted the software that you download, would not let me save pictures to my computer and could not change file path. currently using generic software from google. this borescope lets me see the gas port easily and the heat checking in the throat. easily see copper, lead or carbon fouling. UPDATE: quit working completely. will not connect to laptop or phone, multiple software tries - returning. too good to be true.

This does work. the focus is quite short, so you can only look at a tiny bit at a time. No issues using it with a laptop. Pretty intuitive overall. I just really question whether or not I will get much use out of it. Its cool to play with at first, but really I will clean the whole barrel, not just a bad spot. I guess it is a bit more for verification you have done a good cleaning job. You would have to judge what you are looking at is in relation to how deeply you are inserting the probe into the wire. Almost any "endoscope" sold on the internet will do the same thing. The ones with the display that comes with it are a bit more useful in my opinion for a few bucks more.

Do not purchase!!!!!!! Would not work on my Android phone. Did work on my laptop. The description says it will fit in a .22 barrel. True but not with the mirror. I need to look up into the gas hole to make sure the gas block was lined up and that was a no go. There is another review that says it was used for that on an AR. Well the one I got won't fit. Not even close. I am returning tomorrow and hopefully I can find another that will work.

I can confirm it works on an actual 22lr barrel, many say they do, but don't fit. I do not think it would work on anything smaller in diameter. Good picture and easy to connect on my android phone. Well worth the low price.

I had to dremel down the sides of the 90 angled mirror to get it to fit, but it works. It comes with 2 angled mirrors. Gave me assurance with gas block alignment. Seems worth it for the price. App works fine. Gets a little warm on the tip.

This is a great little unit, especially for the price! It came with a convenient carry pouch and two mirror attachments (3mm and 4mm), which was a nice touch. The instructions were decent, and I had no issues installing the app on my Android phone using the provided QR code. The unit works well, especially with the adjustable light, which makes getting the right image easy. I also liked the ability to snap pictures and save them directly through the app. The image quality is fair, considering the price tag, but it's solid for close-up inspections. While it’s advertised for gun barrel inspections, it can be used for a variety of tasks where an endoscope is handy. The cable and camera are some of the thinnest I’ve seen, and the stiff, bendable cable with a smooth casing helps maneuver into tight spaces. The app offers plenty of controls to adjust the video feed, and the screw-on attachments for side views and the magnetic pickup tool are really useful. Overall, many thumbs up for this affordable and versatile tool!

Easy-to-Use Rifle Borescope – Great for Quick Inspections, but Mirror Attachments Could Be BetterI ordered the AOPICK Rifle Borescope and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to use with Windows 10. All I had to do was plug it in, open the Windows Camera app, and switch the camera input to the borescope. Super simple! The app also allows you to take pictures or record videos, which is a nice bonus. The image quality isn’t the greatest, but considering the size of the camera, it’s still quite functional. It does have a narrow focal range—objects that are too close or too far appear blurry—so you’ll need to find the right distance to get a clear view. However, I couldn’t seem to get a very good picture using the included mirror attachments. They didn’t seem to work well enough to capture usable images. That said, it’s still a great tool for inspecting the bore of a rifle or any other small, narrow spaces. I didn’t try it, but I imagine it could even be useful for checking inside a nitro engine on an RC car or similar tight spots.Overall, I’m impressed with how compact this camera is, and the price is pretty reasonable for what it offers. It’s a handy tool for quick inspections, but the mirror attachments might not be as effective as you’d hope. Still, I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly borescope solution.

I normally don't take the time to write a review but this bore camera excited me enough to do so. For $20 bucks you just can't beat this. I installed the software on my cell phone and laptop both support it perfectly. The camera has a lighting adjustment and focuses pretty quick . When looking down the bore of your firearm the carbon, wear dust etc.. show up crystal clear. You can record it as a video or just snap some pics. Very helpful to see just how well you are cleaning your firearm. Even comes with a right angle mirror that attached to the tip so you can inspect the side of barrel in great detail.
Hopefully useful

The narrow head on this camera is very helpful, it allows it to be inserted into less than 7/32 inch holes. The image quality isn't 4K HD, but it does the job.The length is great - not too long to be unwieldy but long enough for most situations.Worth the cost, a good product.

When it works, the visual clarity is good. I had to re-glue a mirror on. It refuses to stay connected to my phone. You can get about 20 seconds of usable time with it before it starts glitching and won't show an image.
