I knew the dimensions going in, but I think I underestimated the size of my deck. This easily covers my small back deck and looks good doing it.The material feels durable and the stitching is solid, the rings and straps are well secured.The sail allows light some light through while providing excellent shade. It also allows rain through, but it is mentioned on the product page that the material is permeable.My only complaint is that either the white isn't very white (I ordered white and received a beige-ish color), or they sent the wrong color. No matter as it still looks very nice.

I ordered this Shadewiz sun shade sail for our backyard deck. I chose the right triangle shape because we have a large round table with an equally large umbrella on one corner of out square deck. This shade sail is installed on the opposite corner and provides enough shade to cover about 3/4 of the deck because of the path of the sun in our backyard.The quality of the sail is excellent, and it looks great over our deck. I had to purchase the mounting hardware separately. I mounted one end to the house and the other two were mounted on 4" poles on the outside corners of the deck. One end was mounted about a foot lower to allow water to run off and to provide a little more shade when the sun is low in the sky.This sun shade sail is made well, looks great and provides enough shade to be able to enjoy the outdoors on those hot, sunny days. I highly recommend the Shadewiz sun shade sail for those looking to cool off an area in their yard.

We've occasionally used a square trap for shade at events and gave this a try as an alternate approach.A square trap was often a bit of a chore to set up - attempting to attach two corners "high" and then two "low" (often to ground stakes) it was often hard to find good places to secure the low corners, and it would often be saggy.Using this and having to attach a single point to the ground is so much easier. It also doesn sag nearly as much. For the first use we attached two corners to the side fence of an athletic court and one to the ground - everyone really appreciated the court side shade between playing. Seems to be fairly heavy duty for as light as it is.

I was very impressed with the high quality of the material and the reinforced stitching especially around the rings. I purchased this to provide shade in the backyard and add additional coverage over the pool. The tan color matches well with the house and fence aesthetic. Overall, it is easy install and withstands the intense sun and weather. This was a good alternative solution to shade an area which would otherwise be challenging to shade with an outdoor umbrella.

This triangle sun shade is everything that is described on the web post, but the color. I ordered the red as it looked like a rusty red, but instead I’ve received a vibrant orange red.Unfortunately this color does not go well on my patio. Other than this, it’s made of quality materials and great craftsmanship.It’s important to know that the hardware, hooks, etc. to install it are not included.
