The packet contains various sizes of coil as well as individual plastic forms. I found that the coil seems to be the easiest to use, as you start it around your base and with a few turns it's complete, just cut it off and your ready to go. Depending on how loose your ring is would decide what size coil to use, i.e small coil for a slightly loose ring and larger coil for a really loose one. It is a great product.

The coils worked really well. Comfortable enough to forget they’re on the ring. The flat curved adapters are useless because no matter what you do they will not stay on the ring.

I used the curled adjuster to bind my engagement ring to my wedding band. Worked out great since both rings are slightly big.I used the 1/2 moon adjuster for a different ring on my Rt hand.

I did not know anything like this existed until I stumbled across these. Like many others, my finger fluctuates in size seasonally. Now I can wear my ring with no fear or losing it!I love the spirals but tossed the other goofy things in the trash because in my opinion, they are worthless!Back to the spirals. The smallest works on my ring but I did test some of the other sizes and they would be just fine as well.

Total junk. This product does not work and will not fit or stay on rings. It’s a total waste of money!

Needed something to keep my rings from spinning. Was able to insert the product after rings were on finger. Help keep them together and from spinning around. Best part you can’t see the part when placed under rings.
