I'm pretty lean at 5'10 145 lb and I don't consider myself to be anywhere near a size large in most sporting equipment (especially a sport like boxing that's generally associated with being bigger) but the small/medium are just too small. There's nothing medium about it, they're just plain size small. No way i'm getting my hands in those with hand wraps on. And from what Im reading, the large are probably going to be too large. So what would really be helpful is something that's not too small, but also not too big. Something like... in the middle? Maybe something between 12oz and 16oz? Maybe a *medium*?

A box about 2 to 3 times a week with equal amount of pad work and bag work Which showcases the versatility, there’s enough protection from the padding. If you’re concerned with your wrist and protected, the Velcro of the boxing glove alone is only gonna do but so much that’s why it’s important to pair any brand of boxing glove with hand wraps. I grabbed the large size I pretty much went with what I wear for work gloves or even snow. Gloves fits perfectly fine with my hands wrapped as well after sessions. I don’t feel as though my hands are sore after about hour to two hour boxing sessions so the comfort is definitely there, all in all good quality product still quite nice and I only had it for about 2 months

Padding is too thin and stiff for sparring andtight on the fingers. Spend more for a better glove.

Excellent quality for the price! Comfortable and durable. A lot better than my old 16 oz Everlast gloves.

I bought two pairs for myself and my sister. We used them yesterday for the first time. They looked really big and overly padded inside butthey felt so comfortable after punching 5-10 minutes. Our boxing teacher said they are great gloves and he said he couldn't believethe price. Obviously, they are great values for the price:)We can't wait for the next class:)

I haven't had them for very long but they seem really durable and will save my knuckles as opposed to pounding on the bag bare handed. I use just for some good cardio. They are heavy but that just makes it a better workout. I have big hands and they fit just right. I'm 6'3 and they fit good. I'd definitely recommend them for anyone wanting to just punch the bag. The wrist support isn't supper snug but I think that's to give you room to wrap your wrists. If you got a lot of stress, it feels great just to hash it out on a bag. After ten minutes you'll be feeling a ton better. Get ya some, get ya a bag and have a nice therapy session!

Great gloves for beginners! I wouldn't recommend heavy use (hours a day), or semi-pro usage for these gloves, but the price is lower than the quality. I've used them twice so far and like them. The tab is big enough to get them off on your own. I purchased a 12 oz set, which is small, but I have very small hands and am a beginner using them more for a workout on a heavy bag than physical contact. After doing my research in stores and online, I'm happy with this purchase. Also, I don't smell any odor as described by others. Further, I do think the logo will wear off as it is simple screenprint. However, the stitching seems to be pretty decent, the velcro strong, and the fit good. I don't think they have as good of an air flow as others I've borrowed, but at this price point, this is a very good value.

I bought these gloves because I was curious about boxing and started taking it up as a hobby. These gloves held up nicely and do provide a nice amount of cushioning, but the seam on the side of one glove and bottom of the other were bursting after about four months of use (2-3 times a week). Overall decent product.

These are AWESOME budget gloves. I used to box in my younger years and now just needed something for the bag at the Y. These blew me away for the price to quality.I have big hands and these fit perfect. The padding is great. The velcro on the wrist is well sewed and can be tightened very tight without any fear of breaking.I've put a lot of hours on these really working the heavy bag and they are still holding up.I wouldn't hesitate to buy these or to buy these again.
