Does the job. Support arms will line up with a stud. The main rod will not though. You will need a strong thick board going across a few studs to safely secure it.You will also need to buy screws separate. That's a fun back and forth adventure to and from your local home improvement store!

My husband has been using his for over a year now and it has held up well. He uses it about 3-4 times per week. He was able to install it by himself although it did take him about an hour. Overall I would say it's a good value for the cost.

Open box, read instructions, big bold print in the book. MOUNTING KIT NOT INCLUDED.That would've been nice to know at the time of purchase.
