Size is not as advertised. Fits a US Male 13 snugly.Otherwise, does the job of being swimmy-kicky fins.

Incredible that they'd mark these as XXXL (size 15-17) when the heel to toe measurement is only 11.5", and the instep is equally undersized. By contrast, my US Divers Cozumel Sea Breeze fins are L (9.5-11.5) and measure 10.8", and my Head Mares Volo One fins are XL (size 10.5-13) and measure the same 11.5". So, these Rise fins are listed about 4.5 SIZES LARGER than they actually are! They are worthless to me, but for only $22, I won't return them ... instead I'll give them to someone who FITS them.My feet, BTW, are normally a 13EEEEEE, but due to extreme obesity and medical issues, my feet are so puffy that I'm guessing that a REAL 17EEEEEE might do the trick. Luckily my Head fins have a heel strap that I can try to lengthen with glued rubber strips, and I will open up the instep and attempt to seal it with glue and rubber strips too. What a letdown on these Rise fins, though ... I had my hopes up, but no bananas, no dice, no soap. Keep this in mind if you order these!
