Replace damaged diaphragms and valves on the Hypro D1064 Diaphragm Pump with the replacement parts included in the Rittenhouse Hypro D1064 Complete BlueFlex Pump Repair Kit (D1064REPAIRBLUE).
If you notice there is a milky grey color in the sight glass of the pump, this most likely indicates one or more of the diaphragms are torn. Stop running the pump and replace the diaphragms immediately. Running a diaphragm pump with torn diaphragms can cause extensive damage to your pump. It is recommended, if your Hypro D1064 is in constant use, to replace diaphragms every 3 months or 500 hours and replace valves every 6 months or 1000 hours to keep your pump reliable in the field.
