Poorly made, feels cheap. I'm going to keep it because I want to mess around with a return and I can live with it, but it lost two of its rails immediately and I can't figure out where they came from so I can't put them back. Basically, this item was literally falling apart right out of the box.

First one came with a bent edge and got a replacement very quickly. Installed easily, drawer operates smoothly, looks great to me. What more can you ask for?

At first I was going to complain because the slider came out in shipping, but it went back in with no problem whatsoever. And then after installing it into my rack, it looks great, it works great, it holds stuff just what I needed. I'm in love!

Wow, this was absolutely the perfect addition to my AV equipment rack! I have a universal remote control that replaced all of the individual remotes that came with each piece of equipment but did not have a place to store the original remotes. Well, this rack mount drawer was the perfect storage solution for both the owner's manuals and the OEM remotes. It was simple to bolt into the open space at the bottom of my rack, and it fit perfectly with no issues at all. It is well made and the drawer slides smoothly. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and therefore give it the top five star rating for sure!

This worked out quite well in my 19" rack. It was a little difficult installing it, but this comes in no surprise. If you've done this before, you likely I already know how to make use of spacers to help support the weight of the drawer as you're trying to screw it into place. That or a second person to help.It is pretty expensive for a simple little metal drawer, but that's the case with just about every rack mountable drawer out there. I don't know why, but they are all pretty expensive. Thankfully for this one, the quality is good and matches up to my expectations based on drawers I've used in the past. There doesn't seem to be any issues with flimsiness or anything else to raise alarm.This one is used to store a number of switch accessories and microphones. For that, it's doing just fine.
