RKX 2.0T FSI Timing chain cover rebuild kit.
Includes all needed parts / gaskets to rebuild the 2.0T FSI Timing chain cover. The timing chain cover contains the oil control seals for the intake camshaft adjuster. These seals often fail and can cause timing faults / issues.
Kit contains:
3 - Timing chain housing oil control seals
1- Timing chain housing gasket
1- High pressure fuel pump seal
2- Vacuum pump seals
(for both older and newer style vacuum pumps)
Compatible with:
- Jetta, GTI, GLI, Passat 2005 - 2008 2.0t FSI
- Golf R: 2011 - 2013 2.0T FSI
- A3, A4, TT 2005 - 2008 2.0t FSI
- S3: (Outside of USA) 2010 - 2013 2.0T FSI
Engine codes: BPY, BPG, BWT, BGB, BWE, BUL, CDL
Does NOT fit TFSI 2.0t found in 2008.5 + vehicles!

As title suggests, I only used the vacuum pump rings because they're ridiculously expensive for OEM. They fit fine (2.0T audi a4 b7)! Can't comment on the other o-rings or gaskets.

The main timing cover gasket had a small bend in it. I can deal with like a small warp across the whole thing but the little bends make me nervous like I won’t get a complete seal. If it wasn’t for that I would have gave 5 stars. I had another brand new gasket anyways so I didn’t use the RKX one. Didn’t wanna risk it.
