Installed fuser very carefully. Started printer. Printer made several clicking sounds, then went right into fuser error 50. This was NOT happening with the old fuser.

Using this part caused my HP m475 printer to jam and misprint. It cost me $180 in service to get the problem diagnosed and repaired. Ultimately this fuser and the rollers had to be taken out and replaced with OEM parts. By the time the problem was diagnosed it was already past the return window so I am out the cost of these parts, plus the repair fees, plus the cost of new parts. Don't buy this kit.***Update*** The seller contacted me and offered a full refund for the part. I'm still out the cost of service and inconvenience but I would say that the seller has good integrity and good customer service. Still, beware of aftermarket parts for HP printers. But I don't hold it against this seller.
