Stator works so far. Just installed. I will update if it fails or lasts.First - it came overnight and I'm in Alaska. So shipping was very quick!Only 3 stars because the crank position sensor that is part of this assembly was poorly made and didn't fit. The photo shows the original and this one side by side. The OEM version has position pins that are precise and press fit into place. This part has the plate stamped relatively crudely and it didn't physically fit into the housing. The EFI system requires precise timing on the pickup and I didn't want to risk using a bad sensor so I had to carefully remove the OEM one from the grommet set, cut the wires, feed through the grommets, and splice the wires back on the plug. Not impossible, but a pain. So 3 stars.

I used this stator on a 2008 rhino 700, the new stator arrived within two days of placing the order, it came with cover gasket, and electrical grease , really easy install, had no issues at all ,the toughest part of the whole job was removing the old gasket from the machine

Fit great and works great! Pos gasket ! Get the oem one from Yamaha. The one with the kit leaked! Save yourself the headache of redoing it again. Have it only 4 stars because of the gasket

didn't last more then cupl hours everything is stock on my rhino and it burnt out I bought a new one from ricky stator and no problems
