This filter lasted one month before needing replacement. It took weeks to get, too. This China-based company seems like a ripoff.

These filters were suppose to last a while. It lasted 2 months. Itโs hard to justify continuing with this product when the product doesnโt last as long as said, and I keep having this frequent of an expense.

The filters have lasted me over 12 months, but it's important for people to understand that their lifespan may be shorter if their water is more polluted. Also, be sure to flush the machine several times before using it.Now, to the sellers: please keep these filters in stock! I had to wait almost three months for them to be restocked and then an additional two weeks for delivery.

This machine has a nice look to it, and itโs a great feeling knowing that the water Iโm drinking is healthy.Itโs fine for someone living on their own, but if there are many users, you would constantly have to be filling up the water tank. (Unless you attach it to the water pipe). I fill mine up daily living on my own.I also find that the instruction manual in English is not written very well.Another thing to note is that after using the hot water, you always have to run through a bit of cold water.But overall I am happy.

We bought this water system and filter and our first filter only lasted one monthโฆ. Company had been out when we tried to reorder and phone number doesnโt work. Our machine is worthless we paid 300 for junk machine with e pensive one month filter advertised to last for a year. Scam filter and machine
