The bike ins't perfect, it comes with missing parts, in my case the front quick release came incomplete, the inner tubes, the tires and the rim strip are garbage, if you get this bike change them immediately, the bike is heavy AF, but in the end it delivers for the price, it is slow but consistence, I have been using this bike for 3 months by now, using it for 80+ miles rides and I'm happy with it.

Had to return the one Amazon sent me because it clearly was one someone else had pulled out of the box and then returned. Instead of taking it out of circulation, they wasted my time and money sending it to me. Put it together only to learn the right shifter was broken and made the bike useless. Nice paint, but a rear stay was scratched up badly. Incredibly heavy bike with decent components. I returned it and ordered a Giordano Aversa for $100 less. That has an aluminum frame instead of the tank-like steel one on the Acciao, but everything else is the same. Save your cash and buy the better and lighter bike for less money.

Great bike for the money. I use this bike for commuting. It’s a smooth ride and very fast.

Coming in with no knowledge on how to build a bike or maintain one it was pretty easy to assemble to be honest. The only hard thing was adjusting the derailers and that took a few days to do just because uncertainty. But over all great bike. Would recommend if you wanna ride around with your friends.Update (Almost a year):This is a great entry-level bike for commuting and riding along with friends. With it almost coming to a year, I bought a new bike. This bike carried me through a summer and a winter. I like the bike for what it is and I'm sorry to let it go. It introduced me to a whole new world. I just wanted to get a lighter and faster bike for myself is all.

Not a great bike. We have had trouble with the brakes and keeping the seat in a certain position. No matter how tight we make the seat it will slide down or spin. The brakes won’t get tight enough to stop you quickly which can be dangerous. Don’t buy this bike.

The bike is really good. Everything is great quality and it feels good. The only bad thing is the seat it is very hard and not comfortable

The bike was very easy to assemble, but that's about all I liked about it. One of the shifters came broken so I was unable to shift and due to a back order, I still have not received my new ones two months later. Spend the extra couple hundred dollars on a nicer bike, this one is not worth it.
