My son insisted he didn't need thermals, but I bought them anyway (moms know best, right!). He will be gone for 6 weeks training on the east coast. Well, he said the thermals are very comfortable and warm! He asked me to buy several more sets. Unfortunately, his size is out of stock (size M). So, he's going to have to rotate between the two sets I bought for him and the black ones (size L). I bought the large size to use for sleeping at night since it will probably be freezing.

I wanted some fleece base layer and these fit the bill. They are very warm and comfy.I read some of the review prior to buying and it seems the biggest complaint was a lack of a bathroom pocket in the front, which is true. If you can get over that then you’ll find a quality base layer that should last you all winter.

Soft and stretchy, smooth finish makes it easy to pull pants and shirts on over these.They're not that warm but do provide an extra layer and some warmth. Sometimes that's exactly what is needed. Sometimes that's the not too hot and not too cold perfection we seek.Comfy for sleepwear and so deliciously soft they'll tempt anyone who might want to cuddle into the wearer.

I bought these while I was still able to so that I could stay warmer when I handle horses water at my family's farm during cold days, and It was the best choice I have made. It is snug and not lose, was not expensive, and It worked like it was supposed to. I was not as cold when I did my jobs in the chilly weather, and I am excited to see how well it works during the winter months.
