This fan control module I purchased about 6 months ago worked until last week, when the same issue resurfaced: the radiator fan remained on continuously after the engine was turned off. I troubleshooted other possible causes (relay, coolant level, etc.), but it pointed back to needing yet another new fan control module again.

Just revived the control relay. Ordered it for Something that the on island mechanics were insisting i had to pay $500.00 USD cost me less than 50.00 and 30 minuets of my time to install myself. Its a shame we don't have a Volvo rep on island because the mechanics here are either way too busy when their good or way to expensive when they don't know what their talking about.
