Right in no problem. Note: On the bracket that is on the engine you do have to slide the inner sleeve that is in the bottom bolt hole over for the alternator (flanges) to slip into place easier. Got the 3 year warranty on this also, so all in for $115 which is about 1/2 of the local parts store and about 1/4 of what Honda was priced at, so it was a good value.
