Advertised as new. It looked like it had not been mounted but the hardware package had only instructions and three 1/2” bolts. I called the manufacturer as instructed on the Amazon ad for this product and they said they’d sell me the hardware but wouldn’t provide it free of charge. My only choice is to return it to Amazon and start over. I’m going to Lowes to put together the required hardware since I need to use this shield this weekend.

We priced this product at a few RV dealers in the range from $600/650. Amazon was a little over $400. The product is fantastic. It is very solid, easy to install, comes in 3 sections, and with all of the necessary hardware. It takes a few minutes to put the tow bar sockets and cross bar on our Jeep and a few minutes more to attach the 4000 after the initial install. Our last Jeep had to be repainted twice because of small rocks and I suspect this will pay for itself pretty quickly. Jim Caldwell

Was easy to install the brackets on the Roadmaster tow bar brackets by removing 2 bolts on each side and reinstalling. The panels are easily installed and removed for towing.

We bought these right before a 2000 mile trip. It was our first trip in the Motorhome and the new car we also just bought. I wanted something that would protect the car and would work with the Roadmaster system that I already had. They work great! Easy to install the first time and easy to remove and and install while traveling. Glad I purchased these!

easy to add to my hitch, worked very well on my first trip to California. My little Rubicon Jeep seemed to like it!... Lite weight, easy to install and take off. A little on the pricey side, but it does work.

Tow vehicle was better protected, but silll needs additional windshield cover. Still lets some small rocks through. Price seems high for what you get.
