This coat is super warm and comfortable! There’s enough space underneath to layer if you like without sizing up. (In my experience, I didn’t need any extra layers to stay warm, but you can if you want to). It adds an elegant touch for dressier occasions, such as a night out at the theater! Highly recommend!

I bought one of each of the three offered, Roamans has never disappointed me . I bought extra large, I am 5'4" 175 lbs and just like everyone has said it fits quite loose. I don't like a boxy coat , and these are not so I am keeping them. I like a style that has a waist, and these are over big and I am going to wear with a belt to have a gathering at the waist. Being larger than what they said is the only reason these get a 4 four star rating. I love them , they are super cozy, they are made well , you get what you pay for. I feel they are a bargain. And I like the idea that I can dress them up with a belt or walk the dog and keep warm.If you are a small person you want to for sure order one order one or two sizes smaller than what you would normally wear. Depending on your shape I say the same for a big person.

I get so many compliments when I wear this. At least one every time. But last night I went to a christmas light display and got close to a dozen. It's beautiful, doesn't look cheap at all.I've had this coat for 5 years, and it is still in great condition.It is very warm, I don't get cold at all - and I live in Michigan. It's also incredibly comfortable. You feel like you're wrapped in a teddy bear. It's so funny but you feel like you're in a snuggly blanket, but also like a mob wife at the same time. It is warm, it seems to insulate at your body temperature, so going into the warm doesn't immediate overheat you. You can also do a marylin monroe and drop it off your shoulders pretty nicely to cool off. I also love it because compared to most winter coats that are shin length - this one isn't noisy or stiff to wear.When people show a lot of interest and it's convenient I insist they try it on so they can feel it too. It makes for a great conversation.I bought a largeIn my photos - I am 5'6" 250 pounds, and a size 20 pants. I am very happy with the size, I would say it runs big but to me that adds to the cuddly feeling of it.In the third photo the man wearing it is 6'4" and very broad shouldered, and he was not restricted in his motion by the size either. He's actually wanting to buy one for himself after me forcing him to try it on.The only negatives is that the button fell off immediately, and the lining inside did rip pretty fast. The coat is closed by easy to use hooks and loops and those are sturdy. The button is for the neck and not entirely necessary. The inner lining is on the thin side, but that isn't a deal breaker for me. The liner is not for warmth, just a barrier between the inside of the fur fabric material like a real fur coat would be.It has two pockets on the outside. I kind of wish it had an inside pocket (I'll probably sew one in eventually)I do get some nasty looks now and again, a lot of people ask me if it's real, I assume thats what the nasty looks are about. But I get way more compliments.The last con, is a no-duh. It' is big, and a little heavy. Wearing it isn't heavy at all. It's lovely on. But I do avoid wearing it when I know I'll be walking around inside a lot because it is big and heavy to carry on one arm.Because I bought it 5 years ago, it's possible the product has changed looking at some of the other photos, so keep an eye.So, provided it is still the same product - I recommend it 100%. You WILL love this coat!

Got the Chinchilla style and coat looks more quality than expected. Will need to brush / blow dry fur out, especially around hood but to be expected due to shipping. I've felt better feeling fake fur, but the color, fit and style on this is more stylish. It's got a nice weight to it, not overly heavy so you won't break your arm putting it over yours, but it's by far heavier than a normal winter coat. Will keep out wind and probably great for a night out in the cold. Worth the money.I like my fake "blanket" like coats to be fit on top and wider on bottom so I can wrap it around me when sitting. This one does that part well. But make sure you order right or you'll probably return and order again like the others did. I was lucky I think.I ordered a 2x. I'm 150 and 5'6". Everything was just right for me. Actually there is some room to, eh hem, level up. Recently Lost some weight so not too bulky on top anymore. The coat arms fit just right (even have some SLIGHT elastic around wrist area, Barely there though and comfy surround with fur). For my shortie friends, the length came to an inch or two above my ankles so room for us all.So if you love people looking at your jacket like I do, I suggest Chinchilla and definitely get it! So worth it.

This black faux fur really disappointed me especially for the high price because it looked so soft and luxurious on the site. When I got it though the fur wasn’t shiny or lux feeling, it felt like a cheap fur from a Halloween costume that was itchy and the hair was shedding out everywhere. I got a 3x and I wear a 22/24. I never even tried it on due to the quality immediately from opening the bag. I unfortunately sent it back for return which still hasn’t processed to me despite that being 3 weeks ago.

I ordered an XL, based on chest measurement, I should have ordered a large. That said, I am not returning, the coat is soft, the lining is well stitched, if you need to alter the sleeves there is sufficient extra to make longer, overall a very well made coat.
