These are standard window scraper blades. I recently purchases a 'Roberts Pro Floor and Wall Scraper with 18 in. Handle', model 10-188. Per the Roberts Consolidated website, this is the replacement blade. The original blade measures 0.728" deep and 0.036" thick. This part is 0.534" deep and 0.020" thick. Both are 4" wide. Naturally the thinner blade is more brittle. The lack of depth means you have to hold the tool more upright, or the blade won't reach the floor. The most shallow scraping angle with the original blade was in the 10 - 15 degree range. It's close to double that with the smaller blade. I find a flatter angle works better for removing carpet pad and glue from concrete.Note, the original blade shown in my picture is broken on both ends, it was originally 4" wide and rectangular.My 2nd image is of the replacement blade, the cutting edge is easily 1/16" above the surface. Image 4 shows the original blade, it is less than 164" inch above the surface. I pressed the head of the tool firmly against the desk for both pictures. I will contact Roberts directly to see if they can ship the original style blades. If not, I will return the scraper to the home improvement store.Update, I contacted Roberts customer service and explained the issue. Their representative was kind enough to look into it and call me back. His supervisor told him the original blade and the replacements are the same. I returned the scraper.

I'm sure the blades are fine, but was it really necessary to put 4 razor blades in this box?

They are what they are, no need to explain. They fit my my small handscraper but not my long scraper. They do not fit https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000FNTN28/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_2 even tho it is suggested they are bought together.

Very good quality. Super sharp. Could have used a storage case - once you open, the blades are loose.
