Bought this to replace my waring commercial unit. No comparison, like night and day. The Robot Coupe with it's one HP motor easily destroys the 3/4 HP motor in the waring. It should at about twice the price, but hey I'm worth it. This thing is soooo quiet when running, the dogs (6) don't even realize I am making their dinners. The noise from the waring set them to barking, jumping and running around in circles, screaming Yea it's dinner time. Best kitchen tool I have bought in a while

the r2 is the best commercial food grade processor on the market. I had my last one 20 years and gave it up when i sold my place. Just bought this and love it. Buying the stainless bowl next
