This stuff is super slippery and does the job. It has the appearance and consistency similar to assembly grease, and is dark gray in color. I used it for fork stanchions and general fork rebuild. The only drawback compared to "slick honey grease" maybe the dark gray color, as any lubricant picks ups contaminants or gets "dirty", it generally turns dark or even black. In my opinion, it may be difficult to tell if the grease is dirty. On a another note, my trusty LBS mechanic, prefers the Rock N' Roll over the other fork greases. Quote "I sell cases of slick honey, but I use Rock N Roll for my bikes." I also, asked him if it dilutes with fork shock fluid, he said it does not.
